Colugo Candles Returns Policy

At Colugo Candles, we stand behind the quality and integrity of our products. However, if for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, please review our Returns Policy below to ensure a smooth return process.

  1. Return Period

You may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding shipping and handling costs.

  1. Return Conditions

All returns must be accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase.

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Any product that has been used, damaged, or altered in any way may not be accepted for return.

Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you received a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately to assist with a replacement or refund.

  1. How to Return

Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service at jon@colugocandles.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to return.

Pack the Product: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging along with the original dispatch note or order number.

Ship the Product: Return the product using a trackable shipping method to: Colugo Candles Returns Department (the most appropriate address will be supplied by our customer service team, depending on where you are located)

We recommend retaining the tracking number of your return shipment for reference.

  1. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider.

  1. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.

  1. Shipping Costs

Unless the item was received damaged, you will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs when returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the original shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
